Vendor Information

Nash Yarn Fest will be a vibrant, unique experience for attendees who love the fiber arts and high quality handmade goods of all kinds. We are looking for vendors who have a focus on quality, creativity, originality, and branding. We seek an eclectic, complementary mix of yarn and fiber arts-related vendors and artisans who handcraft other beautiful things. We are committed to creating the most diverse and interesting marketplace possible, and to offer attendees a fulfilling community experience in the heart of Nashville.

Vendor Schedule: 

Vendor Load-in and Set-up 

March 13, 2025, 12 PM–6 PM and March 14, 2025, 8 AM–12 PM.

Vendor Load-out 

March 15, 2025, 5 PM–9 PM

Opening Night Party 

March 14, 2025, 6 PM—9 PM 

General Admission 

March 15, 2025, 10 AM—5 PM

Thank you so much for your interest in vending at Nash Yarn Fest.

We are now accepting applications on a rolling basis as spaces are available. Decisions will be made within two weeks of submitting your application. If accepted, the Nash Yarn Fest team will send you an invoice for the appropriate booth fee. We kindly request payment within three business days of receiving your invoice. Disclaimer 

By participating in Nash Yarn Fest, all vendors agree to exhibit their work at their own risk. Nash Yarn Fest does not guarantee specific numbers of attendees or sales for the vendors. Booth fees are non-refundable.

Booth Options

All booths include electricity and high-speed Wifi. Booths do not come with signage, pipe and drape, furniture, or other fixtures. 

Single Booth/$500: 10 x 10 floor space 

Shared Single Booth/$600

Double Booth/$1,000: 10 x 20 floor space

Shared Double Booth/$1100

Triple Booth/$1500: 10 x 30 floor space

Mobile Shop (bus, truck, trailer) 10 x 20 - $1000

Mobile Shop (bus, truck, trailer) 10 x 30 - $1500

Refunds

If your application is accepted for the event, the Nash Yarn Fest team will send you an invoice for the appropriate booth fee and any requested rentals.  We kindly request payment within three business days of receiving your invoice. Booth fees are not refundable. 

Sales Tax

Each vendor will be responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax in accordance with Tennessee state law.

WiFi

Secure WiFi will be available inside Expo Center 1 of the Fairgrounds Nashville. We will provide you with further information and passwords before you load in on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

What is NYF looking for in vendors?

Knitters will be coming to Nash Yarn Fest from all over the United States and the world. Our goal is to thrill them with a mix of vendors that is exciting, varied, and top-notch in every way. While yarn and fiber arts naturally will be a core focus, knitters love artisanal and handmade wares of all kinds, so we welcome applications from other maker categories.

In reviewing applications, we consider many things, including quality, originality, material, branding, merchandising, and price point. We welcome established makers and ones who are newer on the scene, for a marketplace that combines tradition and modernity, old-school and on-trend, big-ish and small. We will be proud to host you, and we want you to be proud of the company of vendors around you.

Nash Yarn Fest expects high ethical standards from vendors and makers and we are committed to a fair, diverse, and inclusive vendor marketplace. Friendliness and customer service are highly prized.

Preparing for the market

We highly recommend putting in time to develop cohesive branding such as signage, social media, and specially-offered limited-edition products for Nash Yarn Fest. We will be sharing branding assets for Nash Yarn Fest, such as links, hashtags, and graphics, and recommend posting them on your social media in order to bring awareness to the event. We will likewise be sharing your information with our followers as well.
